Job Description
- Minimum 3-5 years of exp. of Domestic Retail Banking Sales experience.
- Proven business development experience in prospecting, sales and referring to other lines of business.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Experience in the Hialeah, Medley and Doral areas and its surrounding markets preferred.
- Good track record maintaining and improving the quality of the deposit portfolio.
- Experience creating and maintaining KYC profiles.
- Basic Credit Training required with the ability to analyze credit documents.
- Good Analytical skills including legal and financial documentation review.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Experience preparing and making presentations.
- Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skill set. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
