About:
Lalizas| Alexander, located in Houston, TX, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lalizas Group, a leading Life Savings Equipment Manufacturer / Distributor & Service Provider for over 40 years providing Safety Solutions to the Maritime & Offshore Industries. We have manufacturing / distribution / service locations throughout the world with colleagues exceeding 750.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales action plan that to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned.
- Generate, qualify and convert leads & opportunities tied to assigned market and developed accounts.
- Expand the business by gaining market share in the existing accounts by establishing strong relationships with end-users and customer management and successfully promoting all Lalizas| Alexander capabilities to new accounts.
- Participate with various functional groups within Lalizas| Alexander to assemble and direct an effective team strategy so that customers’ needs are addressed in a timely manner and sales opportunities created and are successfully achieved.
- Report and communicate all business opportunities, solution concepts and strategies to Lalizas| Alexander management using standard sales tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (or documented related experience) with an emphasis in Engineering (preferred but not required)
- Min 5 years’ work experience in selling Life Safety Marine Products and Service-related solutions
- Previous selling experience in Cruise Lines Sales / Services to Maritime Industry is required.

Other Requirements
- Permanent residency of candidate must be FLORIDA.
- Ability to develop high level customer-focused relationships.
- Domestic travel approx. 25-50%
