JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Manager leads a team of Inside and Outside Sales Representatives to ensure the company's revenue targets are achieved. This includes overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building and fostering client relationships, and ensuring the effective sales of Wound Pros services meet/exceed sales forecasts and goals. Acting as the face of the company, your team will engage in face-to-face interactions with potential clients, actively seeking out healthcare providers and facilities that can benefit from our specialized wound care services.

WHAT ARE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS
  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and reinforcing sales and marketing quotas and strategies for both short-term and long-term.
  • Serve as a key contact for The Wound Pros leadership and clients to address product and service issues. Ensure The Wound Pros Sales teams are fully trained, versed, and equipped to engage clients and grow their respective territories.
  • Responsible for the profitability and growth of the sales division.
  • Ensure appropriate talent selection, organization, and leadership for the sales division.
  • Able to represent The Wound Pros at official functions, meetings, conventions, and face-to-face meetings to promote The Wound Pros' sales and growth initiative.
  • Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
  • Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
  • Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives, and strategies to capture key demographics

WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED
  • Minimum of one year experience in outside sales and quotas in a healthcare setting
  • Spanish bilingual is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline. MBA is desirable.
  • 6-8 years of proven sales/marketing experience in the medical device industry (or related business).
  • Contract management and negotiation experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of software sales and usage, particularly in the hospital and/or long-term care setting.
  • Customer and Enterprise Leadership experience in ASCs is preferred.

  • Extensive clinical product/service sales knowledge that leads to the identification of market trends and sales strategies.

  • Demonstrated excellence with oral and written communication skills, along with constructing business presentations.
