Earning Potential:
- Base Salary plus Commission or Commission Only with Draw, You Choose
- First Year projected earnings are $85,000 - $175,000+
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Closure: Attend customer consultations and be an excellent listener. Learn the client’s pain points and navigate their barriers to purchasing to close the sale effectively.
- Upselling: Recognize opportunities to offer additional services or products beneficial to the client that they may not already know about. While an egress window is a $6k-$10k+ ticket on its own, the most successful in-home salespeople can identify and upsell other relevant home improvement services offered by GBHQ (vinyl windows, entry doors, carpentry, etc.).
- Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge about our range of service offerings and their benefits. Construction background preferred but not required.
- Detailed Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous documentation of sales proposals, ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery post-sale. Provide a consistent feedback loop for your appointment setters.
Qualifications:
1. Robust sales experience is a must; prior experience in the home services sector is a significant advantage.
2. Experience with in-home sales for home improvement services will be considered a distinct advantage.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to foster trust with potential clients.
4. A detail-centric approach, ensuring thoroughness in every phase of the sales process and documentation of work to be completed.
5. Motivated by a commission-based structure and comfortable developing rapport, listening to the customer’s needs, and respectfully asking for the sale.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
