ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the admissions process to ensure resident and family satisfaction
· Close sales by assisting prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision making process by understanding their needs and educating them about services and programs that can meet their needs
· Respond promptly to every telephone call or in-person inquiry from all referral sources, online referrals, prospective residents, and families. Responsible for being the single point of contact for referral agencies.
· Present property as a Continuing Care Retirement Community, educating all potential residents on all amenities that we provide
· Advertise and market using a variety of media and promoting materials, including outside banners
· Knowledge of creating flyers and ads for advertising
· Participates in all building wide events as a tool to tour and market prospective resident
· Participates in senior expos and all other marketing events
· Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective resident
· Confirm rental application data and personal references
· Complete a resident file with all required information
· Work with business office to insure all pricing is quoted properly
· Follows procedures to negotiate leasing terms, conditions and close deals
· Must have knowledge of state and county subsidized programs
· Stay knowledgeable of the property market status and update market analysis monthly
· Ensure maintenance is complete of every vacant apartment before touring
· Walk tour path daily to ensure community is at its best before touring potential resident
· Responsible for leaving correct tour information for weekend receptionists
· Must be available for weekend touring activity and calls if needed
· Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in senior living/healthcare, community relations, admissions, or marketing
