Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing team performance, and fostering client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Duties:

Assist in the formulation of the company’s business plan.
Work with owner and Operations Manager in the process of Hiring, firing, discipline, and training all personnel who report directly to the Sales Manager.
Schedule training seminars for the sales force.
Communicate the goals, objectives and results of efforts to superiors, peers, and employees.
Conduct semi-annual performance and annual salary reviews of all personnel reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Develop information systems to gather, analyze and report sales data.
Develop forms and reports needed to improve sales performance.
Develop and implement a system to communicate the needs of the customer throughout City Tile & Floor, thus improving the ability of the company to increase sales.
Establish a sales budget.
Conduct sales operations within established budgets.
Ensure that the entire sales force knows current marketing strategy and sales objectives.
Develop professional contacts to effectively improve the marketing strategy.
Review all sales job descriptions, revise when necessary, and explain to the entire sales force.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and general professional appearance of the showroom.
Handle customer problems, complaints and warranty issues.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
