Sales Development Representative - TopShotPro

The Purpose of the Role:The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in booking demo appointments with real estate professionals and business owners who are a strong fit for TopShotPro and its programs.

This includes connecting with warm, cold, and referral leads in our database, including individuals who have previously engaged with our materials or attended events. Our goal is to streamline communication, increase booked appointments each month, and generate a steady flow of new opportunities weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement:Reach out daily to 150-300 leads via our CRM and Kixie dialer to invite them to a one-on-one demo of the Top Producer Operating System. Engage leads who are already informed, motivated, and inclined to work with TopShotPro, driving qualified bookings.
  • Appointment Setting:Book demo calls through our scheduling system, aiming for a minimum of 60 appointments per month after a 90-day ramp-up period (20 appointments in the first 30 days, 40 in the second month, and 60 by the third month).
  • CRM Management:Manage lead data in our CRM with precision. This includes consistent email, SMS, and phone communication to nurture and follow up with leads, as well as thorough note-taking and activity tracking.
  • Follow-Up:Ensure high show rates by confirming appointments via phone 48 hours and on the day of the demo. Reschedule and follow up with canceled or rescheduled appointments as needed to maintain a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Client Education and Conversion:Prepare prospects for their demo by addressing potential questions in advance and sharing relevant materials (e.g., case studies, lead magnets). Facilitate a seamless experience that guides prospects toward the best program fit.

  • Company Efficiency:By enhancing the efficiency of our sales funnel, you’ll enable the CEO to focus on refining our lead-to-launch process, making the SDR team's conversion impact stronger through real-time webinars and targeted ads.

Compensation Structure for Sales Development Representative:

Appointment Setting Payments

  • $30 for each completed appointment (when the prospect shows up to the call).
  • $7.50 for each booked appointment (even if the prospect doesn’t show up).

Commission on Closed Deals:Commissions are based on the contract type and length for each deal closed after your demo appointments:

Option 1: Low-Ticket Offers (Contracts under $1,000/month)

  • One-Time Purchase: 10% of total sale
  • 3-Month Contract: 12% of total contract value
  • 6-Month Contract: 18% of total contract value
  • 12-Month Contract: 25% of total contract value

Option 2: High-Ticket Offers (Contracts over $1,000/month)

  • One-Time Purchase: 10% of total sale
  • 3-Month Contract: 15% of total contract value
  • 6-Month Contract: 22% of total contract value
  • 12-Month Contract: 25% of total contract value

Average On-Target Earnings (OTE):With an average 18% conversion rate from demo to closed deals, the average annual OTE is projected at around $220,000 - $300,000. Actual OTE may vary based on the number of appointments, show rates, and contract types closed.
