Our Field Marketers are the best at what they do and need a super confident individual to lead them into battle. To that end, we are seeking a "Field Marketing Manager" to grow our Texas market. You will build, train and provide ongoing leadership for our newest FM Lead Generation Team focused initially on El Paso the surrounding areas. You will be key to our expansion plans and can expect to earn total compensation in the neighborhood of $150,000+ yearly

Primary Responsibility:

Our teams respond best to others they see performing at a high level like themselves. So a “Lead By Example” approach is crucial.

You will personally be introducing homeowners to the benefits of Solar Energy with the goal of setting them an in-home appointment with a Professional Solar Sales Consultant. You'll receive Strong Mentorship by the best in the industry and all the necessary Training, Tools and Technology to exceed all expectations; even your own.

You will build and provide ongoing Leadership for the team that will act as our initial point of contact with homeowners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,394.26 - $180,076.95 per year
