This is a full-time role as an over-the-road Territory Sales Leader at Clark Equipment Rental & Sales.

  • We don’t want several mediocre salesmen; we want one or two exceptional salesmen who can get it done.
  • Exceptionally strong sales leads provided
  • Base + Commission Pay Structure
  • No limit on commissions earned

  • Rent or sell the machines, don’t be handcuffed doing one or the other.
  • Large dollar, business-to-business transactions.

This role is based in the Syracuse, NY area, with the flexibility for some remote work.


Compensation:

$120,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

The Territory Sales Leader will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day sales operations
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Sales and Sales Operations skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the heavy equipment or construction equipment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Valid driver's license
