Position Overview:
Rimol is looking to grow our Sales team with the addition of an experienced, full-time Inside Sales Representative based onsite at our location in Hooksett, NH. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering technical questions and fulfilling quote requests and customer orders via phone, email and in-person. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to build strong relationships with customers and ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and professionally. This position offers the potential to transition to a Remote Outside Sales role upon demonstrating aptitude and interest in career growth.
Responsibilities:
· Inside Sales: Respond promptly to customer requests for quotes via phone and email. Assist walk-in customers by providing product information, answering questions, and guiding them through the sales process. Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up on all orders and shipments.
· Customer Service: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to customer questions via phone and email. Collaborate with the Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams to troubleshoot issues with orders, products, and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Be positive, friendly, knowledgeable and processional interacting with customers, vendors and staff.
Business Development: Support the expansion of Rimol's presence in new territories, specifically the Southeastern and Western US. Collaborate with Marketing on strategic projects aimed at securing large greenhouse project contracts, utilizing technology to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
· Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales, Operations and Warehouse teams to fulfill customer requests, resolve issues, and ensure a cohesive approach to serving customers and driving sales. Contribute to overall Sales team success by sharing customer feedback, sales insights, and suggestions for process improvements. Serve as a vital team member in a growing business of 20+ employees.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, or a related field preferred
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales or customer service, with experience in the greenhouse, agricultural or horticultural sectors highly desirable
- Essential to our workplace: dependability, positive attitude, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, self-management, attention to detail, curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint); NetSuite ERP/CRM; and/or ConstructConnect Insight desirable, but not necessary
Note: This position is a full-time role based in-person in our office in Hooksett, NH. This position offers the potential to transition to a Remote Outside Sales role upon demonstrating aptitude and interest in career growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
