Accounting Specialist

Description: Help assist analyst with account management.

Location: Winston Salem, NC 27105

Duration: 6 months contract

This role is responsible for assisting the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts. Responsibilities include financial tracking and accounting of contractual commitments for this channel of Foodservice.

• Assist in all contractual funding components of National Accounts contracts
• Ensure compliance requirements and customer commitments are adhered to in accordance with contractual obligations and with Sox Audit accounting policy guidelines
• Assist accrual process, EPM system process, accounting controls, and new account set-ups Manage customer data integrity issues
• Provide support to team and Sales organization on customer issues related to reporting and completing payments
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly
• Direct line of support to National Account Sales Directors for funding issues and initiatives
• Support customers in reporting and funding-guide and support team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• This role is responsible for assisting the execution and compliance of Foodservice contractual commitments for a selected group of accounts.
• Responsibilities include all financial tracking and accounting of contractual– Comp Defense – Vendor Requests, Void/Reissue, etc.
• - 2 – CFS – Quaker recall needs, other tasks as identified

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Experience:

• Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
• SOX Audit: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
