Automotive Sales Manager Assistant Wanted!

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Manager Assistant. In addition to automotive sales, the successful candidate will work closely with our sales manager to ensure the smooth operation of our automotive sales department. Responsibilities:

Sell our full line of Mitsubishi models and used car inventory.
Assist the General Sales Manager in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and responding to emails and phone calls.
Coordinate with sales team members to ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers.
Assist in organizing and executing sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in managing inventory and maintaining showroom appearance.
Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends, products, and competitors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar role is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in dealer management software and CRM software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Valid driver's license.
