Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Fire and Emergency sales team, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and account management
Experience:
- Prior service within the Fire and Emergency industry highly preferred
- Prior experience in sales, account management or business development preferred
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of successful deal closures
