Position Summary:
FASTer Way, one of the nation's fastest-growing digital fitness and nutrition brands, is in search of an entry level Sales Associate to join us where we're on a mission to inspire and empower others to lead healthier lives.
Are you sales minded with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service? We are in search of a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating sales, engaging with clients, driving revenue, and contributing to the growth of the company. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, closing deals, and supporting sales strategies.
Essential Functions:
- Lead Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential and existing clients through various channels (phone, email, text)
- Sales Generation: Drive sales by identifying opportunities, making persuasive sales pitches, and closing deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Assist in preparing regular reports for the Sales Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and team members to implement sales strategies and contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience as a FASTer Way coach highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, HubSpot experience preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated organizational and operational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Details:
- Compensation: $20 hr + 2% commission quarterly on total sales
- Work Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm (These hours may vary depending on sales team needs and certification event)
- In Office position
