Our dealership is one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country and is urgently recruiting ambitious, resourceful sales managers to join our team. Along with the Lead Sales Manager, our ideal candidate must possess an innate desire to win and inspire others to do the same, take extreme ownership, and provide the highest level of customer service throughout the sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Display an energetic, passionate, enthusiastic personality daily, and ensure every team member knows the dealership’s new and used goals and OEM objectives.
- Assist the Lead Sales Manager with morning training with the sales team.
- Assist the Lead Sales Manager with new monthly incentives and ensure this communication is received by your team.
- Close deals while operating the desk.
- Evaluate profitability techniques.
- Ensure one-on-one performance reviews are completed monthly
- Hold Sales Professionals accountable for meeting minimum standards on the unit count, sales processes, and OEM survey scores; document, as necessary, to continue building a strong team.
- Abide by our store processes and ensure you hold yourself at a high level by all personnel. Includes sales process, folder process, trade walk arounds process, etc.
- Ensure showroom, Sales Professionals’ offices, and Sales Managers’ areas are cleaned daily.
- Ensure lot organization and lot cleanliness daily; ensure all front-line units are moved to the lot nightly.
- Assist with new and used inventory.
- Ensure manufacturer surveys and connectivity reports meet the minimum zone/district standards.
- Hit monthly goals.
- Staff the correct amount of Sales Professionals at all times.
- Reports to Lead Sales Manager
Qualifications Skills/Requirements:
- Proven track record
- Proficient knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clean, polished appearance becoming of our sales team
- Must pass drug test
- Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
