This is a full-time sales position in West Covina, Covina, Baldwin Park and Duarte area

As a Dale Carnegie Sales Consultant you are actively creating new business with companies and managing existing client relationships. You enjoy consultative sales and have a genuine desire to help companies and their people succeed. You use your business acumen and proven Dale Carnegie solutions to address a wide range of performance and business issues.

What are the "must haves"?

Are fluent in business language
Have a reliable transportation
Proficient in social media
Flexibility to work during the day, some evenings

What competencies should I have?

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to network – connections to the business community
Computer literacy – High degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email and email management, normal web and internet functionality and use
Comfort in selling to mid to upper-level executives
Ability to develop accounts strategically
Ability to develop business acumen

What is the compensation plan?

Salary first year plus commission structure
First year earnings typically range from $40,000 - $70,000

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental pay types:

Commission
Free tuition for Dale Carnegie Courses ($1995/course) after 6 months of successful employment
