Job Description

At Ace Specialty Anodizing, we have enjoyed over 35 years of providing high quality industrial nameplates and anodizing on supplied aluminum parts. We work very closely with our sister company, Calgary Stamp & Stencil Corp. in a new, central manufacturing facility in Calgary and we are looking for an Industrial Customer Service Representatives to take the company to the next level.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position is key to supporting our customer base and growing the company. The main responsibilities for this position are as follows.

  • Respond to inquiries & technical questions via email, phone and in-person with warmth, professionalism and accuracy
  • Provide pricing estimates, proofs as well as create sales orders and invoices
  • Grow the customer base, create long-term customers, and increase company revenue by following up on key leads and looking to create new opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Support customer billing and process payments.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a customer support &/or inside sales role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Possesses a high degree of attention to detail; can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively; and has a strong work ethic.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Is proficient with computers and office productivity software including but not limited to MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and ideally has worked with Corel or other art programs.
  • Is truly excited about helping customers, has the ability to solve problems and can initiate contact with both existing and potential customers.
  • Has a high school diploma, undergraduate degree or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
