Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. If you have a passion for cars and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment, we want to hear from you.

Duties:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase vehicle features and benefits
- Provide accurate and detailed information about vehicles, including pricing, financing options, and warranties
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals with customers
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings
- Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling and outbound sales efforts, to generate leads and expand customer base

Requirements:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of automotive financing options and processes
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $34,862.00 - $99,000.00 per year
