Position Summary:
The Residential Home Sales Agent will play a pivotal role in our sales department, helping clients find their dream homes while guiding them through the purchasing process. This role involves proactive lead generation, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage prospective clients through multiple channels, including walk-ins, calls, online inquiries, and events.
- Present model homes, explain floor plans, and showcase design options to help buyers visualize their future homes.
- Provide detailed information about the home features, neighborhood amenities, and community lifestyle.
- Maintain an organized client database and track all sales activities.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create promotional materials and drive community engagement.
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new product offerings.
- Conduct open houses, community tours, and other sales events to build brand awareness and engage with the community.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential or new home construction.
- A valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one within a specified time.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for creating positive client experiences.
- Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant digital tools.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
