AnnLynn Nutrition, LLC is a online retailer specializing in high-quality nutritional supplements and health products. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best products and exceptional service. Due to the expansion of the company we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

2. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

4. Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against goals.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make informed decisions.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product development to provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.

6. Market Research:

  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Identify potential markets for expansion and recommend new product lines.

7. Budget Management:

  • Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Track expenses related to sales initiatives and report on ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $6,200.00 per month
