We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best products and exceptional service. Due to the expansion of the company we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
4. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against goals.
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make informed decisions.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with product development to provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands.
6. Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Identify potential markets for expansion and recommend new product lines.
7. Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Track expenses related to sales initiatives and report on ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: From $6,200.00 per month
