Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the intricacies of our CRM software and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
- Prospect, engage, and convert potential clients through effective communication and presentations.
- Maintain a client-centric mindset, addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Leverage knowledge and experience in the beverage and wine industry to maintain and grow relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Manage time efficiently to balance lead generation activities, demo scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Engage with potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing, presentations, and demonstrations, to clearly communicate the value proposition of our software.
- Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, demonstrating a client-centric mindset to ensure their requirements are addressed promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a telemarketer, salesman, or in sales-related roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage potential clients and present information clearly.
- Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn about our software and the intricacies of the beverage and wine industry.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Effective time management skills to balance various responsibilities.
- Client-centric mindset, ensuring potential clients' needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Effective time management skills to efficiently balance lead generation, demo scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience is a plus, providing a strong foundation for client relationship management.
Preferred:
- Sales experience, preferably in the beverage and wine industry.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the beverage and wine industry to maintain and grow relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
