Atlantic Blowers is a premium manufacturer of industrial blowers, fans, and air-knife drying systems. We are currently seeking an inside sales professional. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships from initial contact throughout the complete selling cycle to post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position requires an individual with strong sales and mechanical abilities. A solid track record of success in prospecting new industrial clients is a plus. Training will be provided on all of our product lines.

Atlantic Blowers offers a competitive base salary and commission plan!

Monday – Friday, 8AM - 5PM. Work from home offered, one day a week upon completion of 6 months of office training.

Duties:

  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers
  • Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs
  • Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback (in CRM) and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management
  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas
  • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services
  • Develop new and maintain existing business with current OEM accounts, distributors, national accounts, and sales representative firms
  • Develop product knowledge of competitor’s products and market awareness
  • Filing sales orders for shipment and billing
  • Assisting sales force (correspondence, faxes, e-mails, paperwork, etc.)
  • Create excitement and close deals
  • Travel may be required occasionally
  • Must be able to make follow-up calls

Experience Required:

  • A specific proven track record of success in a sales position
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Some college work is preferred, but not required
  • An engineering degree is a +
  • AutoCad proficiency is a huge +

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
