We have been in business for over 22 years and we are growing. We are looking to hire motivated sales professionals to deliver a fantastic customer experience. No prior auto sales experience is required. We have an intensive training program that is unheard of in the independent auto dealer space. You will be give all the training and tools to be successful.

Pay Plan: We believe in transparency and that starts with our job posting.

Pay Plan:

$600 per week draw
20% front/ 20% back
$200 mini

We will also cover the full expense of the employee's medical and dental insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing
- Collaborate with the dealership team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Basic math skills for calculations and pricing negotiations
- Ability to upsell and promote additional products or services
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for outside sales activities
