Key Responsibilities:

Promotions and Campaigns: Conceptualize, strategize, and execute dynamic sales promotions and marketing campaigns aimed at boosting revenue and fostering deeper customer engagement.

Sales Campaign Development: Spearheaed the ideation and implementation of sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring they align seamlessly with overarching company objectives and targets.

Email Campaign Development: Craft compelling and personalized email campaigns designed to nurture customer relationships, drive sales conversions, and elevate brand recognition and loyalty.

Digital Content Creation: Harness creativity to craft captivating digital content tailored for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing channels, to resonate with target audiences effectively.

Customer Relationship Management: Harness the power of the Customer Relationship Management System (CRS) to meticulously manage and leverage customer data, enabling the customization and optimization of marketing strategies to meet evolving consumer needs and preferences.

Social Media Management: Curate and manage the company's social media presence with a keen eye for engaging content creation and strategic execution of social media campaigns, elevating brand visibility, engagement, and community interaction.

Hybrid Work Environment: Embrace and thrive within a dynamic hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office work commitments, actively participating in meetings, and fostering seamless collaboration with team members across diverse locations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets
  • Strong experience required in email marketing platforms, CRM, Google Workspace, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Valid driver's license for outside sales activities
