Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Consultant / Product Advisor to help guide clients along their vehicle purchasing experience. You will act as a liaison, providing product/services knowledge to help the customer and clients make an informed and comfortable decision when making a large purchase like a New Vehicle. We're looking for someone whose primary concern is helping the customer stay informed & comfortable throughout the process; eventually leading them to a sale.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interacting with all customers with the utmost respect whether in person, digitally, or by phone.
- Prospecting for new business using electronic and telecommunication methods.
- Following best practices related to outbound phone calls.
- Participating in daily sales meetings.
- Engaging in daily one-on-one meetings with your manager.
- Becoming the face of the brand and representing Taylor Toyota with the utmost integrity.
- Learning and following all policies including the code of conduct.
- Punctually starting your shift, and following your schedule with the flexibility for changes.
- Respectfully interacting with all co-workers.
- Following processes and procedures to develop excellence, daily.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of our vehicle and finance offerings.
- Executing the sales process with passion to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Regularly setting goals to measure success and direct your energy.
- Delivering sales results above or consistent with company standards.
