Family-owned Automotive Group in Minnesota is looking for a high energy Sales Consultants.

No experience necessary!

We offer Guaranteed Pay for the first 90 days while you go through our 6 week automotive sales training program.

Some of the areas of skill that would be valuable to us would include:

· Previous sales experience (Not Required)

· Previous hospitality industry experience (Not Required)

· Previous retail experience

· The ability to multi-task

· Strong computer skills

· A genuine desire to help our customers love what they drive

You must have the ability to:

· Support a well-established daily game plan

· Learn and execute best practices for maximizing our guest experiences

· Help our guests purchase the vehicle that they desire

· Consistently find ways to cultivate new business while maintaining your existing customer base

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
