```Duties```
- Shadowing and Assistant to Sales Manager
- Assist customers with product selection, quoting, order placement/processing, and order tracking, coordinating I&D, logistics, and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a sales/customer service role. Math affinity important.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, strong on follow through
- College degree preferred. Experience and familiarity with trade shows and events
- Must have a positive attitude. We need a flexible, team player
- Must be self starter, work unsupervised, a good work ethic
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and deadlines
