Report to: Customer Service and Inside Sales manager
Customer Service and Inside Sales Duties: processing customer orders; managing customer requests; arranging transportation, answering customer questions, up-selling and providing alternatives for customers, answer and direct customer service tickets, update CRM with necessary details, co-ordinate with outside sales team for prompt responses, co-coordinating production schedule with production team.
Customer service agent Job Description:
- Organize item orders by editing for price, promotions, weight compliance.
- Arrange shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements; placing and expediting orders.
- Ship items by examining items, destination, route, rate, delivery time; ordering carriers.
- Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading; reconciling quantities; noting discrepancies.
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Replaces damaged items, shortages, and misshipments by determining optimal response of replacement or credit.
- Protects organization reputation by keeping pricing, promotion, purchase order, and credit-limit information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Work Schedule: 3 positions available
Schedule 1 - 6am - 3pm
Schedule 2 - 7am- 4pm
Schedule 3 - 8am - 5pm
It is possible that the candidate is required to work one saturday every three weeks. Possibility of having Monday off for working Saturday shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
