Job Description
Elite Fasteners, Inc., an ISO 9001:2015 registered leading manufacturer of cold headed and cold formed fasteners for over 35 years, is seeking a dependable, sales professional at our facility in Rockford, IL.
**Experience in Fastener Industry Required**
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with all current department managers to support the following:
- ISO 2019:20015 knowledge
- Follow up on REACH/ROHS standards
- Technical skills required to provide customer technical product/print direction
- Quote new and existing part for business development
- Discuss known issues with customer prior to or during production
- Create informative, timely, and well written internal and external reports
- Communication of changes at the customers level.
- Professional, concise, and factual customer correspondence.
- Record statistical data and input data entry
- Escalate issues when needed
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years prior technical experience.
- Knowledge of a variety of manufacturing processes connected with fasteners
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
