Job Description: As the National Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth trajectory. We are seeking a results-oriented, entrepreneurial-minded individual who thrives on winning and is eager to grow with our company. You will be responsible for leading our sales efforts nationwide, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through commission-based sales. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities within the commercial and residential Audio Visual integration markets, cultivating strategic partnerships, and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-end smart home and commercial AV systems market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue projections.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $305,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Choose your own hours
  • Day shift
  • No weekends

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 25% travel
