Job Summary:
The Corporate Senior Direct Sales Manager will oversee and lead the activities of the Residential Direct Sales Department for the entire i3 Broadband Fiber Footprint.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains regional and local sales staff and oversees all third party D2D management and activity.
- Develops strategy leveraging analytical skills to maximize productivity for territory deployment and competitive response.
- Conducts quality coaching & performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Creates or improves operations/sales processes and procedures in the region and influences change within the organization.
- Strong communications skills that translate to even stronger leadership skills
- Equal focus on sales results, the employee experience & customer experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- High energy leader who leads from the front and by example
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales offers, quotas and strategies.
- Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
- Strong presence in the field with the sales team to build camaraderie and credibility.
- Reviews and analyzes sales and operational reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
- Identifies and analyzes customer feedback to properly direct sales efforts.
- Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams leveraging analytics
- Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Prepares sales forecast; monitors and approves expenses.
- Acts as company representative at various chamber or association meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR
- Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
- At least 5-7 years of sales experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
- Must be able to be in the field side by side with sales reps while they are working in their assigned territories.
