Job Description
Climate LLC: Senior Product Manager, Carbon & Sustainability for St. Louis, MO build, launch & scale new carbon ecosystems and regenerative agricultural digital products from concept to delivery; lead definition of product strategy, road-mapping & planning; define product features, use cases & requirements based on user needs; collaborate with business & technical stakeholders to drive product roll-out and adoption; monitor user feedback to identify customer needs & define feature requirements; mentor junior team members; define product success metrics. Requires Master’s in C.S., I.T., Digital Technology or closely-related field & 2 yrs experience designing and executing software development lifecycle tools and processes; leading and/or participating in the development of digital products throughout the complete product development lifecycle, including concept, delivery & go-to-market; developing & executing product roadmaps; analyzing business workflows to gather insights & applying insights to enhance IT product development; working on projects involving multiple business units; evaluating market-oriented ecosystem capabilities; identifying & decomposing problems, use cases, and business needs into tasks and stories; designing & executing scalable solutions using SAFe Agile concepts; communicating with business partners, end-users & stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements; translating business requirements into digital IT products; and communicating IT product information to business partners, end-users & stakeholders, including information regarding product development schedules and budgets. Will also accept Bachelor’s in said fields & 5 yrs progressive post-Bachelor’s stated experience.Up to 20% U.S. travel req’d.
