Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive who thrives in sales, has a goal-oriented mindset, and excels at closing deals. The ideal candidate is creative, patient, and embraces the fast-paced energy of a startup environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a managerial position. Experience in the property management industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop detailed business plans to meet sales goals and quotas.
2. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from client contact to closing deals.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building.
4. Product Presentations: Demonstrate our SaaS platform to prospective clients, showcasing its value.
5. Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business needs and provide technology solutions to meet them.
6. After-Sales Support: Deliver post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation.
7. Client Engagement: Continuously engage with existing clients to understand and address their evolving needs.
8. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
9. Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and customer data.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT technology sales.
  • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS or accounting/financial applications is preferred.
  • Experience in Property Management Software is a clear advantage.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiating principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Passion for sales and business acumen.
