With over 30 years of experience, Bomatec Group is one of the leading suppliers of permanent magnets, sensor technology, and drive technology. We operate globally with four business units that focus on various strategic objectives and activities in the automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial industry.

Overview:

Our company is seeking an experienced Sales Director with technical expertise in magnets, injection molding, and/or electric motor technology to lead and oversee our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a passion for building and motivating high-performance sales teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Lead, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals with technical proficiency in magnetics and motors. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and ongoing coaching to enhance product-specific knowledge, improve performance metrics, and achieve or exceed sales goals.

· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for products related to magnets, injection molding, and/or electric motor technology.

· Work closely with technical teams to understand product capabilities, competitive positioning, and customer needs, and translate this information into effective sales strategies and tactics.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.

· Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management on progress towards targets.

· Partner with global marketing and vendors to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns that align with technical product specifications and market demands.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.

· Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, including meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

· Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: magnets, injection molding, and/or electric motor technology.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

· Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

· Experience managing and leading sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and motivating sales representatives.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Willingness to travel as needed.

· Willingness to work in a startup-like branch of a global company.

Job Type:

· Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
