Job Description
Responsible for managing relationship with a vendor/solution and ensures success (operational, engagement, financial, KPIs) of the solution. Assists in the packaging of existing and new products, programs and capabilities in a simple and easy to understand format to enable sales staff to speak confidently to group customers regarding potential solutions, demonstrating the value Blue Cross brings to customers and members.
- Ensure stability of solutions; ensure success (operational, engagement, financial, KPIs) of solution in market; support marketing and engagement efforts.
- Provide support to solution management team for key and select solutions/vendors. Assist in enabling partners on the sales team to deliver compelling messages to their customers related to solutions.
- Possess and maintain a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of BCBSM business, products, programs (including provider data, networks, etc.), corporate organizational structure (including functional responsibilities), and basic research principles/methodologies.
- Assist in the management and monitoring of multiple projects and performance data simultaneously by establishing project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters.
- Provide expertise and guidance to unit and corporate staff as required.
- Represent and participate in group or committee discussions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics or other related field is required. Master's Degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) or more years of experience in related field required.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, problem solving, and verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc).
- Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to execute strategy for a select market solutions vendor.
- Ability to comprehensively understand the solution's value story, services, products, and solutions including how it drives financial and clinical outcomes.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships across teams at all levels of the organization.
