Job Description

Heuvelmans is looking to expand our team and hire a Lot Attendant for our dealership.

The selected candidate for this position will provide general maintenance for the Dealership and work across departments to aid in day-to-day operations. This position reports to both the Service and Sales Manager.

This is a full-time position that requires availability Monday to Friday from, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Major Responsibilities

• General maintenance, repairs and cleaning both inside and outside the building.

• Maintaining the lawn and shoveling/salting pathways during Winter.

• Fueling cars prior to vehicle delivery.

• Routinely washing vehicle exteriors to maintain the presentation of our inventory on the lot.

• Delivering/picking-up vehicles from third party vendors.

• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the vehicle lot, including arranging vehicles in designated areas according to dealership standards.

• Provide support to other departments as needed, including assisting with customer shuttle services, inventory management, and facility maintenance tasks.

• Other responsibilities assigned as necessary.

Qualifications/Competencies

• Valid full G driver’s license is required.

• Clean driving record and provision of a drivers abstract.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. This job requires the ability to manage time/work flow and stay organized.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.

• Experience with building and general maintenance.
