We strive to be the leaders and one of the fastest growing Real Estate Marketing firms, actively seeking top-tier talent to join our team. Currently, we are seeking a Sales Manager to partner with us in launching our Langford project.
The role of the Sales Manager is to oversee all elements of the Sales Team, facilitate team development, and nurture strong relationships with our clients in order to propel all sales strategies, maximize sales, and build our brand.
Duties:
Manage the Sales Team and client relations. Work with the team on execution of the sales plan and to meet the sales targets
Nurture the client relationship and/or sales program as soon as the initial internal project meeting has taken place. .
Develop, in conjunction with the Sales Teams, a prospecting program, realtor and grand opening events, and/or other milestones as needed with the project. Ensure the Sales Team is adequately trained to execute on all targets and are provided with the right tools.
Manage inventory and pricing throughout the entire sales strategy and plan, which includes executing on predetermined pricing strategies
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in real estate sales
3+ years of experience in presales/development
Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment
Strong understanding of real estate and sales strategy
Natural at developing relationships and working with clients and colleagues
A passion for the industry and helping those around you
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
