```Duties:```
- Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the sales team
- Provide support and guidance to sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Assist in training and development of sales team members
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for sales department
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in wireless sales or a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with customers
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Strong training and development skills to enhance the capabilities of the sales team
- Experience in team management, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Knowledge of budgeting principles to assist in financial planning for the sales department
