Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for client success. You will work directly with clients to determine and execute effective marketing strategies, leveraging our team's diverse skill set to produce measurable results. Additionally, you will play a key role in educating clients about our services and upselling additional solutions that align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the construction and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance and discuss new strategies.
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored marketing strategies utilizing our full range of services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (video production, design, SEO, PPC) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Sales and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional services that enhance their marketing efforts.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our various marketing solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by upselling services aligned with client needs.
Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated success in sales and upselling services to clients.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
- Experience working with clients in the construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
