Job Description
We are hiring for qualified Sales & Account Manager. Calling primarily on restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality establishment, but also to retail and other industries with a strong need for facilities maintenance. Primary role will be selling HVAC, Refrigeration, and Cooking Equipment repair services for the greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area as well as a variety of contract and service agreements in facilities maintenance. Account manager will be expected to maintain and grow sales to our current customer base as well as acquire new contracts and customers. Ability to travel will be required although travel will be minimal outside of the DFW metroplex.
Our company is a trusted service provider for commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration equipment, and HVAC. Within just Dallas/Fort Worth and the Houston areas hundreds of restaurants, hotels, hospitals and schools rely on us to provide preventative maintenance, service and repair of commercial refrigeration, commercial HVAC, and commercial cooking and all kitchen equipment. Our accounts are very large national, multi-location accounts with a strong customer service need. As a premier service provider we look for quality people and management.

We have a very solid foundation and loyal customer base for an account manager to take over as well as nearly endless potential customers in our markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain customer relations and grow sales to our existing customer base by expanding services provided
- Cold call and prospect to secure new accounts & contracts
- Give sales presentations and promote our services to potential customers
- Promote service contracts and secure bids for large scale projects/bids
- Identify your customers’ needs in order to proactively identify solutions that best meet customer expectations and grow business/sales to each customer
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Must have a clean criminal record and driving record with the ability to pass a drug screening
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Be able to demonstrate a history of success, preferably in outside sales
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer presentations and meetings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in the HVAC, Refrigeration, cooking equipment, or facilities management industry
- Basic knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, or kitchen equipment systems
- A strong preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of successful outside sales experience
- Experience in the restaurant services industry

- Total compensation package will range from $50,000 - $100,000+ and is commensurate with experience
