Salary: Commission-based, with high earning potential (10% commission + 3% override on team sales)

Compensation Structure:

• Direct Sales Commission: 10% commission on all personal sales
• Team Override: 3% commission override on sales made by reps under your management

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue goals
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives
• Conduct roofing inspections, prepare estimates, and close deals with homeowners
• Monitor sales performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure team success
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:

• Proven sales management experience in the roofing or construction industry
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
