The Mountain West’s premier outdoor retail/rental shop, Switchback Sports, is hiring full-time Digital Brand Manager. This is a Full Time/Year Round job with benefits and a flexible work schedule to maximize your time outside. Be part of a fun team who sets the standard in the ski and bike industry. We're looking for professional individuals with excellent customer service and attention to detail who thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee all digital direct to consumer messaging and brand promotions – emails, posts, etc – across all platforms.
  • Manage all website content creation around branding, seasonal verbiage, blogging, imagery and related.
  • Oversee our paid and organic online brand presence across all platforms by overseeing advertising and messaging on appropriate online applications – google ads, Instagram, facebook, etc.
  • Build our online follower and customer base through incremental content creation and consistency of brand messaging for all platforms through Instagram, facebook, youtube and other key online platforms.
  • Work with Area Managers and Sales and Marketing Manager to build and promote consistent brand messages for instore, online, direct and indirect communications.
  • Work with the Management team to create a seasonal promotion calendar.
  • Build a seasonal content creation plan and budget that highlights types of posts, topics of posts, frequency and any associated paid costs to effectively build on our online brand.
  • Must exhibit strong leadership skills and an ability to work independently.
  • Make sure all digital branding materials are maintained and refreshed seasonally to reflect new pricing, products and service offerings.
  • Hire and manage all 3rd party vendors to assist in digital brand building, marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Must be able to communicate Switchback Sports culture, values and goals to employees, community and guests.
  • Assist with maintenance of relevant website platforms internally and with 3rd party vendors.
  • Reports to Area Manager.
  • All other duties, activities and processes as assigned.
