Overview:
ROR Partners is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our expanding Client Services team. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for directly managing the relationship of one or more critical clients and overseeing the efforts to fulfill client campaign requirements internally, and managing the financial details associated with each client relationship. This position is 100% remote but will require some travel to Montréal, QC. We are looking for someone who is French bilingual.

Key Responsibilities:
- As primary contact, will develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel of assigned client(s)
- Successful oversight of both strategic and tactical objectives for each assigned client
- Understand the internal and external customers’ requirements, limitations, and expectations
- Monitor daily direction of internal support teams to ensure the highest possible level of service to the customers
- Strengthen communication through timely responses and accuracy
- Oversee client campaign performance to ensure they align with agreed-upon KPIs
- Work with internal support teams to develop strategies in support of KPI analysis, reporting, and strategic adjustments
- Oversee client financial requirements including Statement of Work approvals and invoice management
- Collaborate with direct reports and internal team as necessary to ensure commitments to the customer are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is achieved
- Create and maintain a high level of cooperation and communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years’ experience in agency client services
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or related field
- Understanding of the marketing landscape, specifically within Fitness and closely related industries
- Experience with fitness and/or closely related industry clients desired
- Savvy – Adept at developing partnerships with other departments
- Able to work independently and mentor junior team members
- Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, related client industries, and ROR capabilities
- Adept at problem-solving and understanding what should be escalated to leadership
- Able to adapt to rapidly changing expectations to drive results and continue to solve problems
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentations
- Working, recent knowledge of digital and applicable industry benchmark KPIs
