Job Overview:
This role involves managing customer orders, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction. The CSR will also maintain strong customer relationships, contribute to overall client satisfaction, and may assist with follow-ups on service requests and account management.
Job Description
- Communicate directly with the customer and ensure high level of confidence in our ability to satisfy their needs.
- Ability to collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Managers, technical resources, accounting department and customers.
- Maintain and gain a high level of knowledge on products and services from vendor training materials.
- Ability to independently source new products or services available in the marketplace.
- From time to time attend meetings with the customer to establish a closer working relationship .
- Help customers through a technical sales cycle and demonstrate value and add confidence.
- Ability to assist with any scope of work or bill of materials to be cross-checked or confirmed.
- Supply quotes to the customer in a timely manner and professional manner.
- Knowledge of using CRM, distributor products or catalogs, quoting systems, online shopping / delivery portals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced growing company and can work well independently.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Sales knowledge in the IT industry in mandatory as well as experience in Purchasing products.
- Knowledge of software subscriptions and licencing models, hardware warranties, and technical support offerings.
- Any vendor Sales Certificates from Microsoft, Lenovo, CISCO, Apple, etc. are a benefit.
- Great attention to details and organized.
- Experience in working within the distribution or vendor channel.
