What you will do:


  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services

  • Assists with processes and customer sales questions

  • Assembles and tracks customer orders

  • Customer account management to include:

    • Invoicing
    • troubleshooting
    • sales order
    • price books
    • pre-pays
    • inventory transfers
  • Compile and maintain database for inventory record

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

  • Ensure all paperwork is in order and all loads are signed for

  • Perform administrative duties including computer work, mail distribution, reception and office correspondence

  • Other duties as assigned


What you will bring:


  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required

  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred

  • Agricultural knowledge and background preferred

  • Valid driver’s license


Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range $16.00 - $23.48 an hour. This range is estimated for a Customer Service Representative in Temecula, CA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.


We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions. In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
