YOUR ROLE AS A INSIDE SALES SUPPORT

Job Duties:

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers interested in roofing and exterior services.
Provide detailed information about the company's roofing and exterior services, products, materials, and warranties to educate customers effectively.
Schedule potential customers with outside sales representatives based on scope and schedule.
Assist outside sales representatives in preparing for client meetings, providing them with relevant information, and scheduling appointments.
Prepare accurate estimates for sales representatives in preparation for appointments.
Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with potential customers.
24 hours after an initial appointment, inspect job records for completeness and offer support if necessary.
Assist sales representatives in keeping accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Starting at 72 hours after initial proposal delivery, follow up with potential customers who require additional time to decide, nurturing leads until they are ready to proceed.
Communicate with insurance adjusters on pending claims and supplements.
