Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

As we expand, we’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Sales Manager to support our diverse client base in the U.S. and Latin America. Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role, as it involves frequent communication with Spanish-speaking clients and partners. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, proactive in reaching out to new customers, and confident making cold calls. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and establishing relationships with new B2B clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to new customers across the U.S. and Latin America, especially via phone calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B clients, particularly wholesalers and retailers in the beauty industry.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) due to frequent communication with clients across Latin America and the U.S.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the B2B beauty, cosmetics, or related industries.
  • Comfortable with making proactive phone calls and initiating conversations with potential clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the beauty or wholesale industry is a plus.
