** Looking for 10+ Tax Consultants to start Tuesday October 22nd ,2024**

Responsibilities:

Qualify outbound, and inbound leads to help alleviate their Tax Debt
Cold Calling and negotiating skills.
Diligently follow up with clients by making outbound calls and sending emails and texts through our CRM system.
Effective closing skills, and pipeline management
Utilizing a consultative sales approach
Onboarding new clients and walking them through our contract.
Managing CRM system efficiently to ensure all sales goals are met.

Requirements:

Highly Motivated, Self-Starting individuals with a money-making mindset.
Ability to communicate Clarity and Conciseness, Active Listening, Empathy and Understanding, and Adaptability.
Ability to work independently/ efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with customized CRM- logics
Ability to work 8-hour shift Monday- Friday (In Office position)

Compensation:

Commissions effectively immediately
Pay: Base $16.00 /HR + Comp
Top producers currently earn over $200,000.00 a year.
