Hey there!

I'm Jennifer Duncan, the Area Director of Sales for Sonesta properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area, and I'm looking for a superstar Sales Admin.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Transportation to Richardson

· Opera Experience

· Hotel Experience is a must

· Experienced in Microsoft

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills

· Team player

· Positive attitude

· Problem Solver

· Tech Savvy

· Adaptability

· Strong Organizational Skills

· Must maintain composure under pressure

· Delphi expereince

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adherence to Equinox Hospitality Standards:

· Maintain consistent attendance as per Equinox Hospitality standards, adapting to flexible scheduling requirements.

· Uphold personal appearance and grooming standards, including wearing the prescribed uniform and name tag.

Operational Compliance and Service Excellence:

· Ensure compliance with Equinox Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

· Interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and service-oriented manner, fostering positive encounters.

Administrative Excellence:

· Communicate potential leads to the Director of Sales promptly and accurately.

· Organize and maintain sales files according to specified standards, ensuring accessibility and efficiency.

· Manage the Radar Program and Guest of the Day Program to enhance guest experience and engagement.

· Input all communication and activity into Delphi/Sales Force, maintaining accurate records of interactions.

· Generate and distribute weekly sales activity reports to the Director of Sales and Regional Director of Operations.

· Researching

Client Communication:

· Serving as the main point of contact for the group organizer throughout the booking process and beyond.

o Coordinating audiovisual equipment, catering, and other meeting amenities

o Conducting site inspections with the group organizer if necessary

o Coordinating payment details with the group organizer

o Other

Document Preparation and Distribution:

· Draft and process contracts, proposals, memos, flyers and other

· Prepare and distribute banquet event orders and group resume

Sales Support and Coordination:

· Assist in qualifying and quoting rates for pop-up inquiries or phone inquiries to support the sales effort.

· Conduct site visits and engage in telephone prospecting, cold calling, and outside sales blitzes as directed.

Logistical Support and Office Management:

· Manage office supplies inventory, hotel flyers, collateral, and gifts and process monthly office supply orders in adherence to budget guidelines.

General Assistance and Miscellaneous Duties:

· Provide general administrative support as needed, including handling incoming calls, mail, and office tasks.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or Director of Sales to support hotel operations.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for varying durations.

· Capable of lifting approximately twenty (20) pounds.

· Proficiency in grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, and performing repetitive motions.

· Strong visual and auditory abilities, including finger dexterity for operating office equipment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
