Position Description: The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth sales processes and best-in-class customer support. Responsibilities range from customer account management, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes, as well more general sales & marketing operations support to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness. They must work in a fast-paced, growing environment with the ability to change and grow with the business.

Purpose: Ensure smooth sales operations by providing support that optimizes sales efficiency, timely & accurate financials, and customer experience.

Reports To: Director, Technology & Strategic Projects

Location: Hybrid - You will have the opportunity to work from home and our office at TitletownTech in Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities:

  • Quote to Cash Flow Management: Ensure smooth flow of customer invoices and receipt of payments, including invoice processing and management of open accounts receivable reports.
  • Sales Operations: Assist the sales team with support activities including completion of vendor registration forms, customer experience improvement efforts and other activities as planned.
  • Marketing Operations: Sales & Marketing operations support such as website & design file updates, conference coordination, lead generation data support, and sales collateral updates & orders
  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant operations/finance/administration experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite products (primarily Excel and Word) as well as Google Suite products.
  • Experience and interest in having positive communications with customers.
  • Basic data analysis experience.

Compensation: The compensation package includes a base salary, stock options, and a discretionary annual bonus.
